ERC Consolidator Grants Three Prestigious Awards Go To RUB Researchers

Receiving a grant from the European Research Council (ERC) is one of the most prestigious awards in the European scientific community. Three researchers from Bochum have been successful with their excellent project proposals in the current funding round: Professor Clara Saraceno wants to revolutionize the control of plasmas using lasers. Professor Lars Borchardt wants to advance mechanochemistry that works without solvents. And Professor Maike Luhmann wants to investigate how places are linked to feelings of loneliness.
