Holidays Ruhr University takes a two-week break
The university saves energy and closes all buildings over the turn of the year.
At the turn of the year, Ruhr University will be closed from December 23, 2024 to January 5, 2025 in order to save energy costs. As in the previous year, the entire university will be closed – including the external buildings. The only exceptions are the University Library and the Unifit fitness studio, which will reopen on January 2.
The editorial team wishes you a happy and relaxing festive season and all the best for the New Year. From January 6, 2025 you will again find news from campus life here.
